Aykut Sert grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

You may use Flamy to:
- Track personal daily habits
- View your progress and streaks
- Set local reminders on your device
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to extract the source code or underlying algorithms
- Sell, sublicense, or redistribute the App
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, graphics, mascots, and code, is owned by Aykut Sert and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use any part of the App's content without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aykut Sert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
